Refund policy

Returns
BOVENUE handbags can be returned within 7 days of receiving your order.
- Our return policy applies to full-priced products and orders only.
- Products bought during online sales or promotions are final and cannot be returned or refunded.
- Sample sale items are final and cannot be returned or refunded.

Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- Unused, clean and in a saleable condition
- In its original custom packaging and dust bag
- Returned with all tags and labels attached
- Shipped back within 7 days of receiving your order, with proof of shipment

Returns may not be accepted if the tags have been removed or tampered with, or if the product has been used, soiled or damaged in any way. We have the right to refuse a return made after the allowed time, or if the returned product is deficient in any way. A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

How to return
1. Email sales@bovenue.com to request a return. Please don't send anything before contacting us, as this can delay your refund.
2. We'll send you your return authorisation and instructions.
3. Once your handbag arrives and is inspected by our warehouse, we'll email you to confirm it has been received and whether your return is approved, with next steps.

If you haven't heard from us, first check your tracking number to confirm the parcel has reached our warehouse. If 48 hours have passed and you still haven't heard from our team, contact us at sales@bovenue.com.

Return shipping
Saudi Arabia: once your return is approved, we'll send you a return waybill so you can send your handbag back with Aramex.
GCC and international: please send your return to us with the courier of your choice. Return shipping is at your cost, and we recommend a tracked service so your handbag reaches us safely. We're always happy to share our return address and help with anything you need.

Shipping charges and refunds
Original shipping charges are non-refundable. If you paid for shipping when you placed your order, it is not refunded. If your order shipped free, the standard shipping rate for your destination is deducted from your refund:
- Saudi Arabia: USD $8
- GCC (UAE, Qatar, Kuwait, Bahrain, Oman): USD $15
- Rest of the world: USD $20

Duties and taxes
If you paid any duties or taxes directly to the authorities when importing the product you wish to return, BOVENUE is not liable for any claim to refund them, or for whether such a refund is possible. The customer is liable for all duties and taxes charged on transporting returned products back to BOVENUE.

Until we receive your return, the risk and cost of the return remain with you. If you're arranging your own return shipping, we strongly recommend a tracked and signed service. We don't guarantee that we will receive your returned product.

Refused shipments
If an order is refused at delivery, you are responsible for any shipping costs, duties and taxes incurred in returning it. These costs are deducted from your refund.

Exchanges
We don't currently offer exchanges. If you'd prefer another piece, please return the item you have and purchase the new one.

Items bought from our partners
If you bought your BOVENUE handbag from one of our retail partners, please contact them directly, as they have their own returns and exchanges policy.
